Description
Apex Composite is a versatile birch plywood panel overlaid with HPL (High Pressure Laminate), CPL (Continuous Pressure Laminate), or fiberglass, designed for demanding applications across shipbuilding, construction, rail vehicles, and furniture manufacturing. Constructed from 100% Baltic birch plywood, these panels offer exceptional strength, dimensional stability, and resistance to bending and warpage while maintaining a lightweight profile.
The laminated surfaces provide superior wear resistance and retain their appearance and performance throughout the product’s lifespan — even under prolonged UV exposure, moisture, and temperature extremes ranging from –50°C to +60°C. Both HPL and fiberglass laminates are chemical resistant and easy to clean, making the panels ideal for interior and exterior applications.
Apex Composite is an eco-friendly, health-safe product, free from harmful emissions. With over 100 decorative designs available — including unicolor, stone, wood grain, and metallic finishes — it offers excellent aesthetic flexibility. CPL variants provide a cost-effective, lighter, and more flexible option favored by furniture makers.
For specialized needs, Apex Composite can be supplied with fire-resistant HPL or fiberglass coatings, and panels can be impregnated with flame retardants to reduce fire spread and smoke generation, meeting strict safety standards.
